Food and FMCG strategy advisory in Saudi Arabia and the GCC

Saudi Arabia & the Gulf Cooperation Council

I advise food and FMCG founders on market choices and the organisation needed to execute them in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. My work connects distribution, operating models, leadership and business-led technology.

Questions founders ask

How should a food business approach entry into Saudi Arabia?

Start with the customer and channel, then test whether supply, service, margins and local management can support that choice. A readiness review makes assumptions and gaps explicit before commitments are made. Product registration, legal and tax requirements should be checked with qualified local specialists.

Do you work with Kerala-origin entrepreneurs in the Gulf?

Yes. Kerala-origin founders building food and FMCG businesses across the Gulf are an important part of my focus. The work connects market ambition with distribution, operations, leadership and technology. We can begin with a discussion of your business, the market you serve and the support you need.

Does GCC mean Global Capability Centers here?

On these regional pages, GCC means the Gulf Cooperation Council. Technology delivery and Centre of Excellence experience are discussed separately. Keeping the two meanings distinct helps founders find the relevant service and avoids confusing Gulf market advisory with capability-centre operating-model work.
